What courses will I take?

The following Microsoft Office 2016 certification preparation courses are offered online in partnership with Cengage. The four courses are taken concurrently, and together help prepare you to sit for the Microsoft Office Specialist Certification exams 77-727 and 77-728 (Excel), 77-725 and 77-726 (Word), 77-729 (PowerPoint), 77-731 (Outlook), and 77-730 (Access).

What will it cost?

Each section costs $724; all four courses total $2,896 for Anne Arundel County residents, including tuition and fees. The cost of exam vouchers are not included.

What are the requirements/prerequisites?

Students should be familiar with using a personal computer, mouse and keyboard. You should be comfortable in a Windows environment, and have the ability to launch and close activities and navigate to information stored on the computer. You also should be able to manage files and folders.

The Microsoft Office 2016 Suite software is required for this course. AACC students are eligible to purchase the software at a significant discount through e-Academy.
