SUMMARY:  Anne Arundel County Police advised Public Safety an officer witnessed a cds offense and approached the suspects.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION: White/Male - older, dark hair and balding, no facial hair, wearing khaki pants and maroon sweater - appears lost and asks for directions.
