Purchasing Department
The Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) Purchasing Department is responsible for the procurement of all equipment, services, materials, and supplies utilized by the college.
Individual departments or employees are not authorized to enter into purchase contracts or to, in any way, obligate the College for procurement indebtedness without a signed purchase order or an approved procurement card (P-Card) transaction.
The Purchasing Department is part of the Business & Financial Resources Office and is located in the Resource Management Building.

How to Get on Bidder's/Vendor's List
All vendors are asked to complete a Vendor/Bidders List application form. You can submit an application online or call the Business Support Services Office at 410-777-2244. Please remember to notify the college of any changes.
May Board of Trustees Meeting
Approved a one-year contract to Blackboard Learn (ANGEL Edition) of Washington DC, for user licenses, server space, and disaster recovery efforts.
Approved the 48-month contract to Instructure, Inc., of Salt Lake City, UT, for Learning Management System (LMS) license, LMS hosting fees, and technical support.
Approved the award of contract to purchase audiovisual and computer equipment from Lee Hartman and Sons, Inc., of Baltimore, MD.
Approved the award of contract for maintenance of data communications equipment to Stealth Network Communications, Inc., of Pleasanton, CA.
April Board of Trustees Meeting
Approved the award of contract to purchase furniture for the Administration Building Renovation & Addition from Maryland Correctional Enterprises of Jessup, MD.
Approved the award of contract for the removal of the existing boiler system and the installation of a new boiler system in the Cade Center for Fine Arts to American Combustion Industries, Inc., of Brentwood, MD.
