Salesperson License - According to the Maryland Real Estate Commission, you must earn 60 clock hours of approved training. AACC’s RLT 500 - Real Estate Principles meets that requirement.

Salesperson License Renewal - Register now for AACC courses approved by the Maryland Real Estate Commission.

Appraiser License - The requirements to become an appraiser have changed. Effective January 2008, to become licensed, you must successfully complete four appraisal courses totaling 150 hours of classroom study, pass all course exams and compile at least 2,000 hours of appraisal work experience over a period of at least two calendar years (24 months).

Appraiser License Renewal - We can help you complete 42 hours of continuing education approved by the Commission of Maryland Real Estate Appraisers and the 7-hour national USPAP update course or its equivalent at least once every two calendar years.
