FNC-501 - Mortgage Loan Officer: Basic Training 
Learn all aspects of the mortgage loan industry including mortgage terminology, debt-to-income and loan-to-value calculations, buyer qualifications, credit reports, appraisals, conventional loan programs, APR calculations, state and federal laws and the role of ethics in the mortgage industry. CEUs awarded.
Note: One hundred percent attendance required. Approved by the Maryland Commission of Financial Regulation for New Loan Officer licensure and for license renewal (40 hours).

Course costs approximately $675* for in-county residents.

Classes are held each spring and fall term.
