RLT-500 - Real Estate Principles is a comprehensive study of real estate practices, ethics, laws and environmental concerns. This course consists of 60 hours of training and meets the Maryland Real Estate Commission's requirements to apply for a real estate license. You may not register after the first day of class and certification requires full attendance to sit for the license. Textbook available at the College Store.
