RLT-500 - Real Estate Principles is a comprehensive study of real estate practices, ethics, laws and environmental concerns. This course consists of 60 hours of training and meets the Maryland Real Estate Commission's requirements to apply for a real estate license. Classes are held each spring and fall term. You may not register after the first day of class and certification requires full attendance to sit for the license.
