CPE-301 – Preparation for Maryland Title Agent Certification
Learn how to protect buyers' and sellers' rights in real estate transactions. Discuss title insurance terms and concepts as well as policy types, coverage and conditions. Explore laws governing title insurance. Review real estate terms and legal descriptions. CEUs awarded.
Notes: Includes 20 hours of classroom instruction and 10 hours of independent study. Students must attend all class sessions and complete the independent study to receive a certificate of completion. Designed for students planning to take the Maryland state title agent licensing examination.

Course costs approximately $245* for in-county residents.

Classes are held each spring and fall term.
