Learner Support Services Customer Service Pledge

The Office of Records and Registration delivers Quality Customer Service with:

Caring and Positive Communication: listens to you and makes sure you are understood
Registration options that are innovative, convenient and easy to use
Transcript request processing within two business days
Records processing of drop, add, or withdrawals from classes within 1 day of receipt
Transfer credit evaluation processing within three weeks of receipt of transcript
Graduation application processing within thirty days of receipt
