Conversational Sign Language 1 Learn to communicate with hearing-impaired individuals. Study fundamental principles of American Sign Language. Study basic sign vocabulary, its use in conversation following the patterns and grammatical structures and an introduction to the American Manual Alphabet (finger spelling).
