Healthy Living for Older Adults: Tennis Enjoy basic instruction for 30 minutes and then practice your new skills. Attain and maintain physical and mental well-being through a regular program of physical activity. Since moderate physical activity is involved, students must provide appropriate health information to instructor if you are under a physician's care. Tai Chi Learn an ancient Chinese exercise form that promotes vitality and flexibility through balanced drills and deep breathing.
