Introduction to Artisan Bread Baking Learn bread-baking techniques by mixing, kneading, shaping and baking. Make savory and golden loaves of bread and enjoy a selection of artisan breads from a talented chef. $70+ includes $22 fee. Note: Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
