Cooking for Weight Loss and Management Learn to prepare delicious meals that help with weight loss and maintenance. Dispel the myth that fat free means taste free. Discover ways to switch dietary fat, moderate carbohydrates and incorporate vegetables. $60+ includes $24 fee. Note: Students are required to wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
