Medicine Aide Geriatric nursing assistants with one year of experience currently employed in a Maryland LTC nursing home, become certified to administer medications to nursing home clients. Learn about the recognition, safe preparation and administration of medications. Textbook information available at AACC Bookstore. $707 includes $32 fee. Note: Students who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate valid for two years. To register, you must have prior approval from the program coordinator.
