A+ Essentials Prepare for the CompTIA A+ Essentials Examination, which evaluates skills needed by entry-level service technicians. Review basic computer hardware and operating systems. Discuss installing, building, upgrading, repairing, configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, diagnosing and maintaining systems. Review security and software. Textbook information available at College Bookstore. CEUs awarded. $700 includes $105 fee. Prerequisite: General knowledge of computer hardware and software.
