Power Pump Strengthen major muscle groups during this 60-minute barbell class. Focus on light weights and high repetitions in a motivating group environment. Burn fat and tone muscle with squats, lunges, curls and presses. $116+ includes $32 fee. Note: Weighted workout bar included. All experience levels welcome.
