Home Inspector Receive the training required to obtain a home inspector license in Maryland. Learn how to conduct inspections of homes, condos and other residential dwellings. Textbook information available at AACC bookstore. CEUs awarded. $767 includes $12 fee. Note: 72 hours of classroom attendance and 75 percent pass on the final exam required. Approved by the Maryland Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home Inspectors to provide home inspector pre-licensing training.
