Start Smart at AACC!
It is important for new students to establish a connection with their college and each other early in the academic experience. Simply getting to know each other, faculty, and staff, provides new students with a wealth of opportunities and resources for personal and academic use. Having problems with a class? Not sure how to research a term paper? Looking for something to do in between classes? The links to the right will direct you to valuable information you can use!
Orientation is the first step towards achieving academic and personal success at AACC! You should sign up to attend a new student orientation session after completing your placement testing and registration. Orientation is a great opportunity to meet other new students, learn about academic resources, and find out how to get involved on campus!

Connect U Program
The Connect U program is designed to connect new students with returning student leaders. The goal of the program is to provide new students with an additional resource to contact when they have questions about how to get involved on campus, time management tips, and any other questions. It's also a great opportunity for new students to make friends!
For more information or to sign up for the Connect U program, contact Danielle Brookhart at firstname.lastname@example.org or 410-777-2653.
