Student Housing Resources

The Student Life department provides and maintains this housing service to students, faculty, staff and community members for their convenience, free of charge. AACC does not endorse or inspect the properties listed and is not responsible for negotiations or disputes between parties.

Listings are posted for 30 days.

If you're a landlord, please contact us at housingonline@aacc.edu to:

  • Submit a listing with the following information:
    • Contact name
    • Address
    • Brief description
    • Exceptions (i.e., no pets, female only, etc.)
    • Price
    • Phone number
  • Request the removal of a listing
  • Notify us when your property has rented
