Chris Storck, Director of Student Life
410-777-2219, cmstorck@aacc.edu

As Director of Student Life, I oversee everything that involves student activities, student clubs, leadership development and more. I love working with students and watching them develop into strong, confident leaders who make a difference on campus. I have advised the Student Association for the past 20 years. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, eating out and watching baseball, football and college basketball.

Loretta Lawson-Munsey, Coordinator of Substance Abuse Educator

I really began at A2C2 (as it used to be referred to) as a child. My sister used to bring me to work with her now and again. I came here in 1984 as an adult single parent of two small children. I experienced the best education and support and was very successful and graduated with honors in 1987. I graduated in 1989 for a second time from the nursing program. As my children aged, I found that working evenings was not working for my family. In 1997 the position of the Coordinator of Substance Abuse Education became available and I was encouraged to apply since I had an extensive background in substance abuse from my research at Hopkins. I am fortunate to have been in this position ever since! I love the students, the excitement of academia and I love trying to help the students through their life's journey safely or helping them to get back on track when they have strayed. I have advised BACCHUS for the past 14 years and I love it.  I love the people that I work with and plan to stay here in this position until I retire.

Kimberly Herrera, Coordinator of Student Activities

I started working at AACC in the fall of 2008 and I really love working at this institution. There is such a wonderful team amongst the women who work in Student Life and it feels great to go to work each morning. I advise the Campus Activities Board as well as manage the Leadership Challenge Program that our student leaders participate in. One of my favorite times of the year is April when we have our Multicultural week, which I help coordinate. Everyone whom I come into contact with knows exactly how much I love my job and the people I interact with on a daily basis. This school is just wonderful and truly the best in the nation. During my personal time I love taking care of my daughter Kayla and teaching her the ways of life, and of course learning how to be a good mother in the process.

Robin Oldfather, Student Activities Assistant
410-777-2218, rloldfather@aacc.edu

I started in 1996, in Continuing Education. Years later, Dr. Grabowski hired me for call center. When Sharyn Watts-Hall retired from Student Life, she willed me this job (but I still had to interview...lol). In Student Life, we listen, help, teach, encourage, remind, direct and deliver what one of our students dubbed, "mom" services. Need a tissue, need a laugh, want info on student organizations, local housing rentals, events? We are here!
