Get Involved with Bacchus and Make a Difference!

BACCHUS students are tasked with the job of providing students with information about the use of drug, alcohol and safe sex. We try to do this in a fun, unconventional way and have been known to think "outside of the box" routinely in our efforts. Shying away from pure scare tactics, BACCHUS works to educate students using realistic statistics and facts in an interesting way. We are a fun group of student who care about our peers and want to have fun and get the most out of life and still survive it.

As Peer Health Educators, the BACCHUS students are able to assist in the prevention efforts of the Substance Abuse Education Office. These opportunities provide experiences in developing and executing campus-wide prevention programming.

The Peer Health Educators works under their advisor Loretta Lawson-Munsey, who is the Coordinator of the Substance Abuse Education office.

Come join our group and make a difference!

BACCHUS meets every Monday at 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. in Student Union Building, SUN 210. We welcome all!
