Become a secondary teacher through an exciting new opportunity offered by the TEACH Institute in partnership with Anne Arundel County Public Schools. If you have a bachelor's degree in one of the content areas listed below, you may qualify to participate in the Resident Teacher Certificate (RTC) program. Resident Teacher Certification (RTC) programs combine on-the-job training through a classroom internship with required education coursework. Upon completion, RTC candidates receive a standard Maryland State Department of Education teaching certificate.
