PHL 221: Ancient Greek Philosophy

3 credit hours
Examines Greek philosophy beginning with the Presocratic period.
Emphasizes the works of Plato and Aristotle and explores the Helenic philosophical period.
Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENG 111.

Explore ancient lands and discover timeless beauty in the sights and culture of Greece and Turkey.  Discover the birthplace of drama, democracy and western philosophy with special insight from Philosophy Professor Kevin Murphy.
