MARYLAND DREAM ACT-TUITION FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS/NON-U.S. CITIZENS
For a non-U.S. citizen to be considered a Maryland resident for the purposes of this policy, the student shall possess the legal capacity under the state and federal law to establish Maryland domicile. Students with an F, B, or I visa status pay out-of-state tuition. Undocumented immigrants who attended high school in Maryland can apply for a special tuition rate equivalent to either the in-county or out-of-county rate. In order to qualify for the Maryland Dream Act tuition rate, students must provide documentation that they meet the requirements.
