Payment Options for Summer 2013

 2013 SUMMER TERM REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 8:30AM ON
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 13, 2013

To participate in AACC’s interest-free payment plan, you need only pay the minimum amount printed on your student bill or as listed under Account Due Dates by Term on the Web, and follow the schedule below. If you register by Web and do not pay on that site immediately, and you do not have approved financial aid or tuition assistance, make your payment in person or by Web or phone the next business day in order to avoid being dropped for non-payment. 

  • Web registration - Payment information is at bottom of page once registration is submitted. Scroll to bottom of page and then click on Make a Payment.
  •  If you register on the Web and wish to make payment by check or cash, contact the Cashier's Office, 410-777-2236at least the next business day after registration to avoid being dropped for nonpayment.

VERY IMPORTANT:

In order to secure enrollment in your classes, payment or approved and documented financial aid or tuition assistance is required at the time of registration. Students who do not make the required payment or have approved and documented financial aid or tuition assistance at the point of initial term registration (or at least the next business day) risk loss of their classes. For Web registration requiring student payment, make payment at the point of initial term registration or in person or by phone at least the next business day in order to avoid drop for non-payment. Contact the Cashier's office at 410-777-2236 for information regarding  immediate payment rule or for information regarding the application or notification of approved and documented financial aid or tuition assistance.

PENALTY FEES: 
There is a $10 late payment fine for subsequent payment plan payments not received on or before each due date.

  • Registration Date: March 13, 2013 to April 22, 2013 
    Your first payment is due at the time of registration. You can make a full payment or put 20% down and make three more interest-free payments each due as 20% on May 1, 2013, 30% on June 3, 2013, and 30% on July 1, 2013.  If your approved and documented financial aid or tuition assistance does not cover your entire term bill, you are required to make payment by the due dates of the portion of your bill not covered by the financial aid or tuition assistance. 
  • Registration Date: April 23, 2013 to May 27, 2013   
    Your first payment is due the day of registration. You can make full payment or put 40% down and make two more interest-free payments each due as 30% on June 3, 2013, and 30% on July 1, 2013.  If your approved and documented financial aid or tuition assistance does not cover your entire term bill, you are required to make payment by the due dates of the portion of your bill not covered by the financial aid or tuition assistance.      
  • Registration Date: May 28, 2013 to June 24, 2013
    Your first payment is due the day of registration. 
    You can make full payment or put 70% down and make one more interest-free payment of 30% on July 1, 2013. If your approved and documented financial aid or tuition assistance does not cover your entire term bill, you are required to make payment by the due dates of the portion of your bill not covered by the financial aid or tuition assistance.
  • Registration Date: After June 24, 2013
    Full payment is due at the time of registration. If your approved financial aid or tuition assistance does not cover your entire term bill, you are required to make payment of the entire portion of your bill not covered by the approved and documented financial aid or tuition assistance.     

Please note: Payment Plan for summer is not available after June 24, 2013Full payment is required at the time of registration unless approved and documented financial aid or tuition assistance covers the entire balance.
