What is the training?
Ayurveda Yoga Specialist training consists of five noncredit courses. Students will learn Ayurvedic principles and poses for group classes, private instruction and daily practice. Students will also discuss yoga and meditation in relation to diet and lifestyle. Total hours: 80

YGA 517 - Ayurveda Yoga Specialist: Full Series
*Includes $225 for weekend at Himalayan Institute.
YGA 505 - Professional Yoga Instructor: Ayurveda 1
YGA 506 - Professional Yoga Instructor: Ayurveda 2
YGA 507 - Professional Yoga Instructor: Ayurveda 3
YGA 508 - Professional Yoga Instructor: Ayurveda 4
What credentials can I earn?
Upon successful completion, students will earn an AACC continuing education certificate. To receive the AACC certificate students must complete and submit the form to our office. The form and instructions can be found at www.aacc.edu/coned/certificates.
