Frostburg State University offers an accredited Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a concentration in electrical engineering through the consortium. Graduates of Frostburg's engineering program are employed by a variety of companies and institutions, such as the National Security Agency, Northrop Grumman, Phenix Technologies and other U.S. government agencies.
