Lindsay McCulloch is a painter and printmaker who lives and works in Maryland. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts from the University of Virginia, and received her Master of Fine Arts in painting from Boston University in 2005. Her work has been exhibited nationally at venues such as the Bowery Gallery in New York City, Fraser Gallery in Bethesda, MPG Contemporary in Boston, McLean Project for the Arts in McLean, Carillon Gallery in Fort Worth, Joan Hisaoka Gallery in Washington, D.C., Gallery 110 in Seattle, and the Marist College Art Gallery in Poughkeepsie. McCulloch holds various awards, including a Joan Mitchell Foundation Fellowship, a Virginia Museum of Fine Arts Fellowship for Painting, an Arches Paper Company Printmaking Award, a Purchase Award from the Special Collections at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and the Art New England Award at the Boston Printmakers North American Print Biennial. She recently was honored as a finalist in the 2010 Bethesda Painting Awards sponsored by the Bethesda Urban Partnership.
