What courses will I take?

Real Estate Salesperson

According to the Maryland Real Estate Commission, you must earn 60 clock hours of approved training.

RLT-500 Real Estate Principles

Real Estate Salesperson License Renewal

Receive the continuing education credit you need to renew your real estate license with the following Maryland Real Estate Commission approved courses. Unless otherwise noted, these courses also meet the educational requirements of the D.C. Real Estate Licensure Act of 1982.

Home Inspector

This Home Inspection course satisfies the State of Maryland Licensed Home Inspector requirement of 72 hours of training and will cover the basic residential construction standards and processes, the home inspection process and inspection techniques and defect recognition. Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be better prepared to take the National Home Inspector Exam.
