26th Annual Forum on the Judiciary
Join the Legal Studies Institute and members of the judiciary for a discussion on "The Role of the Courts: Ensuring Due Process for All."
Due Process clauses, found in both the 5th and 14th Amendments to the United States Constitution, provide a mechanism of fairness and a connection to equal protection of the law. Both clauses state that no person shall be deprived of "life, liberty or property without due process of law." Join us for a night of discussion with a panel of six members of the bench presenting impactful due process cases from their courtrooms.
