Baking Basics: Chocolate Truffles Learn to create the most indulgent of all confections. Prepare milk, dark and white chocolate truffles in assorted flavors and finishes. Cover the basics of ganache and chocolate tempering. $86 + includes $30 fee. Note: Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
