Focus on written reports and proposals, oral presentations including interviewing skills and persuasive proposals as well as electronic communications including email, social media and business research on the Internet. Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENG 101/ENG 101A. Note: Also offered as BPA 162; credit is not given for both ESI 162 and BPA 162.
