Hands-on Knife Skills Learn how to use a variety of knives properly. Practice standard cuts and more advanced techniques. Learn to slice, dice and chop in the safest, most efficient way. $59+ includes $17 fee. Note: Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
