Knife Skills 2 Enhance knife skills with new and elaborate knife cuts using the foundations acquired in CLN-328 Hands on Knife Skills. Practice using a mandoline safely. Explore knife cuts such as tourne and lozenge. $66+ includes $24 fee. Prerequisite: CLN 328 Hands On Knife Skills. Note: Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
