Scandinavian Baking Examine how climate and resources impact the unique cuisine of Scandinavian countries. Prepare regional favorites like strawberry cream cake, St. Lucia saffron bread, cardamom coffee braid, limpa bread, almond rusks, brandy rings, gingersnaps and rosette cookies. $85+ includes $29 fee. Note: Students must wear closed-toe shoes and long pants.
