Swimming for Fitness

Swimming for Fitness Practice speed drills and improve endurance through this masters-type swim program. Includes stroke work and strength building exercises as necessary. $157+ includes $23 fee. Prerequisite: Student must be able to swim 300 yards or have instructor's permission. Note: Student must be comfortable in deep water.
