Swimming for Fitness

Swimming for Fitness Practice speed drills and improve endurance through this masters-type swim program. Includes stroke work and strength building exercises as necessary. $157+ includes $23 fee. Prerequisite: Student must be able to swim continuously for 15 minutes using one or combination of free style, back stroke or breast stroke, or have instructor's permission.
