The focus will be on working with a specific fabric type and building upon existing skills. Students will discover updated procedures and elevate their sewing expertise. Note: Students must be comfortable threading their sewing machine and committed to regular attendance.

Section Info: South County | Tiffany Style-Stained Glass: Design, Techniques, and Marketing | Explore the fundamentals and advanced techniques of Tiffany-style-stained glass production using the copper foil method. Learn the proper use of tools, pattern design, assembly and soldering of art pieces, as well as finishing and presentation techniques. Study guidelines for pricing and identifying marketing outlets for stained glass artwork. Level-appropriate projects will be completed in class. Note: Supply list will be provided in class. ADVANCE students have mastered basic stained-glass skills.

Topics include techniques of carved and painted wildfowl carvings and business and marketing strategies. An orientation that includes safety procedures is given by the instructor before the class starts. The instructor will provide a supply list for the students.
