HTH-947 ANSR-Mat Yoga

Section Info: Annapolis Senior Center | Mat Yoga | This is a yoga class for everyone. We will start with the basic yoga postures and breathing with a focus on form. Some yoga philosophy will be shared. A format of breathing, warmup and pose sequences both on and off the mat will be explored. Modifications and progressions will be offered. The goal is to increase flexibility and strength through a series of focused and mindful exercises. We will finish with a final meditation and relaxation.

HTH-947 PSRC-Yogalates

Section Info: Pascal Senior Center | Yogalates | This is a combination of core strength and yoga stretch class on the mat. Great way to wake up your body to start your day. Beginning with gentle warm up; either floor or standing, then some slow and steady core workouts. After about halfway through the class, we will do some yoga stretches to relax our minds and muscles.
