Section Info: Arnold Senior Center | Mat Yoga | No class May 25 | This is a yoga flow class. Anyone who is ready to challenge yourself to the next level, this class will be perfect for you. We will start with Sun salutations to warm ourselves up and move on to some standing poses and balances. Finishing up with on the floor seated position to stretch and ending our class on the floor with some core strengthening and savasana. (Sometimes we will use a magic ring to make our class more fun!)
