This is a fun filled class where you will explore the movement of the body to great music, creative movement, and jazz terminology. The dances are based on Broadway Jazz. Stretches to gain flexibility and isolations are a part of the one-hour class. It also incorporates basic ballet which adds to a great activity for balance, coordination, and putting cool moves together.
