HTH-926 COSR-Circuit Training

Section Info: Omalley Senior Center | Circuit Training | No class Sept 7 | This circuit class uses the Annex Fitness Center's cardio and weight machines to build strength and endurance. After a 5-minute warm-up, participants alternate between cardio and strength machines in timed intervals, finishing with a cool-down. The workout is designed to increase energy, muscular endurance, and overall fitness. Beginner to intermediate level.
