Section Info: Omalley | Latin Cardio Dance | Join Sandra for a Latin Cardio dance class which fuse Latin rhythms and choreographed dance moves of following dances: Salsa, Samba, Cumbia Merengue together to create a dynamic workout thats designed for fun and a good workout! Simply put, dance cardio utilizes different types of dances to exercise your body. Students will then progress from basic dance steps to intermediate.
