The practice invites our attention inward where we float between wakefulness and deep rest. You are guided through various heart-centered meditations. Yoga Nidra takes us into a natural state of homeostasis and balances the nervous system. Yoga Nidra is good for those that struggle with letting go, stress, anxiety and insomnia.
