Section Info: Online | Low Impact Cardio with Light Weights | No class May 22, 29 and June 5 | Join Sandra for a low impact workout using light weights. This low impact cardio will increase your heart rate while minimizing the amount of stress or impact you put your joints under. Low-impact, total-body workout with focus on a strong core, and a lifted booty. We will stretch, work on balance, coordination and use light weights. We will listen to fun energizing music as we do a full body workout. | Note: Attendance in online class sessions Fridays from 9-10 a.m.is mandatory for section 222.

Section Info: South County | Multimedia Drawing Studio Practice | Develop your artistic skills, personal style and understanding of color theory, composition, creation of depth, texture and historical styles of art covered in the introductory Colored Pencil Drawing course. Students are encouraged to continue exploring wax, oil, watercolor, pastel and other types of colored pencil combined with various drawing and painting media such as pen and ink, markers, watercolor, acrylics and other mixed media techniques for enhanced and varied effects. Intermediate to advanced students are welcome.
