Section Info: OMalley | Ballroom Dance | Sharpen your dance skills, get exercise, and have fun in this engaging class with Carlos Pabon, former Rhythm and Latin National Champion and respected national competition judge. You will learn the basics of ballroom dance while building a foundation of movement, patterns, and skills for each dance style. Carlos enjoys working with seniors and highlights ballrooms benefits, from physical fitness to memory support. All levels are welcome, and partners are encouraged but not required.
