Weights will be used for muscle toning and strengthening, with a focus on breath, poses, and exercises to calm the body, mind, and spirit. The class will occasionally include deeper relaxation. Bring two rolled towels, a yoga belt (if available), two yoga blocks, and a yoga mat. A sturdy chair is suggested for balance exercises.
