Section Info: South County Senior Center | Mat Yoga | This class is an enjoyable and energizing yoga practice focusing on breath and alignment. Participants will learn various postures and sun/moon salutations to build stamina, find flexibility and create energy. This class offers a healthy way to find self-awareness, self-care and self-healing. Participants confidently set healthy boundaries and limits. Each student creates unique individual yoga practice. There is mat work involved and Cheryl will modify if needed. This class offers a safe environment for us to learn, laugh and grow.

Section Info: Severn Senior Center | Mat Yoga | No class May 23 | This yoga class welcomes all levels and includes meditation, stretching, strengthening, and flow-based movements tied to breath. The class begins with grounding meditation, followed by a blend of floor-based, standing postures, and flow. The focus is on strengthening, lengthening, and stretching through a creative series of postures in continuous motion. To thrive, your body should be healthy, injury-free, and familiar with basic postures. You'll leave feeling relaxed, stretched, and realigned. Bring your mat for a wonderful experience! Namaste!

Section Info: South County | Windows 10 and 11 Intermediate | Build upon skills acquired in Introduction to Windows 10 and 11. Review common Windows elements, examine system properties, organizing folders and manipulating folders while working in a Windows application. Practice restoring deleted files, renaming files, protecting data as well as disk management. Prerequisite: Completing CTT-928 Introduction to Computers recommended or permission of instructor. Students must bring their own device.
