MUC-912 SCSC-Fundamentals of Guitar

Section Info: South County Senior Center | Fundamentals of Guitar | Learn the essentials of acoustic guitar playing, including how to strum and/or pluck with basic chord changes and how to play simple one-line melodies. Explore the history and evolution of the acoustic guitar, pick up common guitar terminology and slang, and have plenty of opportunities to ask questions as you build confidence and skill. No prior experience is required. Note: Students should bring their own playable guitar to each session.

CTT-936 ANSR-Windows 10/11 Interm.

Section Info: Annapolis Senior Center | Build upon skills acquired in Introduction to Window 10 and 11. Review common Windows elements, examine system properties, organizing folders and manipulating folders while working in a Windows application. Practice restoring deleted files, renaming files, protecting data as well as disk management. Prerequisite: Completing CTT-928 Introduction to Computers recommended or permission of instruction.

Section Info: OMalley Senior Center | Internet for Computer Shy Seniors | Safely learn the basics of navigating the internet for practical day-to-day uses in a welcoming, supportive setting. Learn to communicate with doctors, set up an email account and stay safe while online. Note: Access to an iPad, Chrome notebook or desktop will be available in class. Students are welcome to bring a personal device.
