Section Info: Online | Aerobics and Strength | This upbeat cardio class warms the muscles and gets the blood flowing. We then stretch to elongate muscles, ligaments, tendons, and spine, focusing on correct posture by lifting from the sternum and crown of the head. Maintaining good posture helps with balance and fall prevention. Light hand weights and chair routines strengthen the upper and lower body.
