New research shows how trauma impacts us and what we can do with that experience. Benefits include strengthening the vagus nerve, creating new neural pathways, improving self-awareness, self-care, and self-love. The class also helps manage stress and pain. Students are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen for journaling activities.
