Section Info: Online | Chair exercise with light weights | No class May 25 and June 1 | Join Sandra's Chair exercises which can come in handy when you have limited mobility or find it hard to maintain your balance. The movements increase blood flow and keep your joints active and lubricated. They also strengthen your muscles and increase flexibility and mobility as you work out.
